- Leftover Porridge Sourdough – a Rustic Sourdough Bread variation (pages 300-303) to use up leftover porridge or cooked grains.
- Gluten-free Sourdough Pizza Base – using the Gluten-free Sourdough Bread recipe (page 292) with a few small additions this is my go-to pizza base with a lovely tender crumb.
- Seeded Sourdough Bagels – a fun activity for the weekend, these bagels use the super versatile Multi-purpose Dough (page 320). Make the dough Saturday evening, and shape and bake the bagels in the morning for Sunday brunch.
